Accommodations

All Accommodation is By Reservation Only Lodges

• Trapper's Hill Camping Lodge Site per night: $75.00
• (Maximum Occupancy of 4 persons)
• Each additional person over the age of 16 years old: $ 5.00

RVs & Campers

• R.V, Camper, Tent Trailer site per unit/night (Unserviced) $15.00
  
• Campsite (Unserviced) $12.00

Surcharges - If Applicable

• No Tents permitted on Trapper's Hill Lodge Site.
• Additional Campers Per Lodge, Per Night: $ 5.00
• Additional RV on Site $10.00
  
• Fire Wood Per Bundle: $ 5.00

Quiet Hours: We employ quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. We ask all who enjoy peace, seclusion and tranquility to comply with this policy. We do not permit parties or any other behavior that will disturb other campers.

Dogs: Dogs are permitted at Trapper's Hill but on site the dog must be on a leash at all times and not left alone. Owners are expected to clean up behind their dog.

Guided Backcountry Riding Rates

For 13 years and older

(Meals Are Not Supplied)

Notes & Conditions:

• Add GST to all prices.
• Less than 4 riders rate increase by $20 per person per hour.
• Meals not included
• All guided rides are restricted to children 13 years old and over and a height bar will be applied to all children.
• All children under the age of 18 years old not being accompanied by a parent or guardian must bring written consent form signed by their parent or guardian.
  
• All children under the age of 18 years old must wear a SEI Riding Helmet. All riders are to sign a waiver form before riding.

Horse Boarding

Rates per Horse Per Night

• Horse Boarding: $10.00
• Feed ½ bale $ 5.00

Conditions

• All horses brought on site must be kept in a coral.
  
• Horses will not be hitched to trees.
  
• Horses are Not Permitted into the Campground site area.
  
• Unused Personal Feed to be removed on departure.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT - ACCOMMODATION

All accommodation is to be reserved and pre-paid prior to arrival. Drop-ins are taken only if we have availability of lodges or sites. We therefore strongly recommend that reservations are made. Sites are only held for the period prepaid. Lodge Site Requests are taken but we reserve the right to make changes before check-in without notification, we may have to move a single family so they do not end up in the middle of a large group. Therefore we request that you give us two possible sites and we will try to accommodate you.

All horse accommodation is to be reserved and pre-paid prior to arrival.

On booking full payment for the period is required.

For those who prefer not to make a reservation, you may take a risk on whether or not we have any space and just drop-in. Full payment is made for all Drop-ins on arrival.

MINIMUM STAYS

Regular Weekends: 2 nights

Long Weekends: 3 nights

The minimum stay requirement may be lifted just before a weekend begins if any sites are still left open; however, this does not change the minimum stay requirement for those who have already booked.

PAYMENT FOR GENERAL RESERVATIONS

ALL RESERVATIONS ARE PREPAID.
The amount may be paid in FULL, or as follows:

• A DEPOSIT of 15% of the first night's fee is due on booking. Reservations made 15 days or less before arrival must be paid in full.

• The BALANCE goes through automatically 7 days before arrival if by credit card.

Payments not received by due dates may result in the reservation being cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your cancellation deadline is 15 days prior to arrival. If you cancel any or all nights before your deadline, there is a $15.00 administration charge per cancelled site/night. For horse the charge per horse is $2/horse/night. If you cancel any or all nights after your deadline, 50% per lodge/night cancelled will be charged. Minimum stays are still required on weekends. After check-in - no refunds.

LONG WEEK-END OVERRIDE
If you cancel after your cancellation deadline, all three nights of the Long Weekend are non-refundable.

There are no refunds/carryovers for the following:

• Cancellations after check-in time on the day of arrival.
  
• Leaving early.
  
• Showing up late or not at all ("No Show").

Check-In Time (Please call if you will late) - Between 2.00 p.m.
and 8.00 p.m.
Check-Out Time - By Noon.
