The Lazy H Trail Company has been in operation since 1988 as the key service provider to the British Army adventurous training programs in Western Canada. We own a premier adventurous center, Trials End Camp, 30 kilometers west of Cochrane Alberta, where over 4000 British troops carryout challenging adventurous training programs annually. In conjunction with our long-term property management contract we carryout Backcountry and Mountain horse riding programs for over 620 soldiers annually, each exercise lasts for 5 days. To support the soldiers staying at Trails End Camp, we developed, built and operate a Recreational Center with a capacity of 120. It has a licensed bar, food services, games and TV rooms for the soldiers to come and relax during their down time.

In the summer of 2003 we opened our new public facility, Trapper's Hill Lodges located approximately 1 hour west of Calgary in the Ghost area overlooking the Ghost River and Rocky Mountains. Our concept was to provide a private, pristine, comfortable, upscale camping facility for individuals, families and corporate groups to come to relax, recreate and enjoy the magnificent scenery for the day or longer. Each lodge site offers privacy, covered decks with gas BBQ and unequaled views of the Rockies, the Ghost River, which is short 10 minute hike away, offers families a pristine, enjoyable area to vacate for the day.

Trapper's Hill is located only 1 hour west of Calgary and is the ideal destination for individuals, families or Corporate and Group functions. On site we offer western BBQ meals for Corporate and Group functions, guided riding programs from 1 hour to a full day and wagon rides. With the Ghost River just a short walk away makes for a safe and fun place for the whole family. For the hiker or mountain biker you have direct access to some truly great hiking or biking trails the Eastern Slopes has to offer or within a 30-minute drive you have Lake Minnewanke and Black Rock Mountain Trail Heads.

Trapper's Hill is the ideal destination for Corporate and Group functions to hold a western BBQ, ride or stay over night and relax to enjoy a great western breakfast and fabulous scenary with the Rocky Mountains as your back drop
